UPDATE: SOLVED - I remembered another thing I changed was the "Memory Integrity" setting in Win 11, figuring that since the iGPU uses the RAM it might have an effect. On the first laptop, updating the drivers didn't help at all, so I don't really want to waste the time to do it here until there are newer drivers. I'm not sure what happened - all I can think of is that I opened the AMD Adrenalin software for the first time and installed my typical apps (e.g Slack, Microsoft Teams, 3DMark Demo etc) - shouldn't mess things up though and I ended all these tasks before running the benchmark). However, now my new laptop is getting 14,000-15,000 all of a sudden. My replacement laptop did much better, getting >25,000 on Geekbench 6 Compute. Built in FHD camera offers smooth and clear video calls from the laptop 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD ROM to store all.
